Accounting Intern
RESPONSABILITIES
Support bank reconciliation processes and manage accounts payable and receivable.
Assist the accounting team with the processing and analysis of financial and tax documents.
Contribute to cash flow monitoring and ensure accuracy in accounting entries.
Collaborate in preparing and reviewing financial statements, accounting reports and tax returns.
Help implement and monitor financial processes and policies.
Identify opportunities to optimize and improve accounting processes.
ABOUT YOU
Eligible for a six-month professional internship through IEFP in Porto;
Recent graduate or final-year student in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related fields;
Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken). English is a bonus;
Basic knowledge of general accounting, tax legislation and financial processes;
A keen interest in developing a career in accounting, focusing on organization and efficiency;
Familiarity with accounting software and financial management tools is a plus;
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proactivity and a collaborative spirit.
