CRM Executive

Help our clients engage, retain, and grow their players. This isn’t a coffee-fetching kind of role. It’s hands-on, campaign-driven, and full of learning. You’ll work side by side with our CRM Managers, helping to plan, build, and deliver campaigns that actually make a difference.

RESPONSABILITIES

Help prepare briefs, target segments, and QA campaigns before launch.

Support the creation and execution of CRM campaigns across channels (email, SMS, onsite, push).

Learn to analyse performance and turn data into minor but meaningful optimisations.

Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and campaign specialists to ensure a smooth workflow.

Crunch campaign data and translate it into clear actions (not 40-slide reports that nobody reads).

ABOUT YOU

  • A genuine curiosity for CRM, marketing automation, and player engagement;

  • Some hands-on experience or education in marketing, digital comms, or data, or simply the drive to learn fast;

  • A detail-oriented brain and a proactive spirit;

  • Comfort working in English (we’re international by nature);

  • Bonus points if you’ve ever worked with iGaming, bonus points if you worked with industry-specific CRM software.
