RESPONSABILITIES

Craft CRM strategies that keep players engaged, satisfied, and returning for more.

Build and refine automated journeys across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels. Because “spray and pray” is not our style.

Segment players like a pro and personalize campaigns so they feel tailor-made.

Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Support to make CRM feel like part of the whole experience, not a side hustle.

Crunch campaign data and translate it into clear actions (not 40-slide reports that nobody reads).

Experiment with A/B tests, then scale what works, kill what doesn’t. Fast.

ABOUT YOU

  • You’ve done this before, ideally in iGaming, crypto, fintech, or any digital playground;

  • You know your way around CRM platforms and automation tools like they’re second nature (preferably iGaming-specific CRM tools);

  • You think in numbers, but you talk like a human;

  • You get creative, but you can also roll up your sleeves and execute without drama;

  • You’re cool with speed: fast launches, fast fixes, fast wins;

  • It would be great if you had already put your hands (and head) into the crypto casino reality.
