Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Support to make CRM feel like part of the whole experience, not a side hustle.
Crunch campaign data and translate it into clear actions (not 40-slide reports that nobody reads).
Experiment with A/B tests, then scale what works, kill what doesn’t. Fast.
ABOUT YOU
You’ve done this before, ideally in iGaming, crypto, fintech, or any digital playground;
You know your way around CRM platforms and automation tools like they’re second nature (preferably iGaming-specific CRM tools);
You think in numbers, but you talk like a human;
You get creative, but you can also roll up your sleeves and execute without drama;
You’re cool with speed: fast launches, fast fixes, fast wins;
It would be great if you had already put your hands (and head) into the crypto casino reality.
