We’re proud to announce that Oddsgate has been awarded two new international certifications: ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery Management Systems) and ISO 37301 (Compliance Management Systems). These certifications are a strategic milestone in our long-term vision to build a resilient, transparent, and trusted tech ecosystem.

Elevating Standards, Anticipating Change
Rather than simply meeting international standards, we aim to anticipate and translate regulatory complexity into scalable, measurable practices across our technology platform and business model. These certifications deepen our existing compliance framework, which already includes ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 27001 (Information Security), and ISO 22301 (Business Continuity).
ISO 37001 establishes rigorous controls around anti-bribery, addressing both active and passive corruption. It includes protocols for due diligence, audits, risk assessments, training, and whistleblower protections;
ISO 37301 validates our structured approach to compliance management, which includes mapping legal obligations, ethical governance, leadership accountability, and effective documentation of policies, contracts, and codes of conduct.
