Great Place to Work, Three Times in a Row

Great Place to Work, Three Times in a Row
Mar 26, 26

We were, once again, awarded the Great Place to Work Certification in Portugal, marking the third consecutive year we have received this recognition.

We can’t ignore that is a milestone, but it’s also a way to certify we’re pointing in the right direction, reinforcing our commitment to building a workplace culture based on trust, collaboration, and continuous growth.

What makes it even more special, every time, is knowing that this recognition is based entirely on feedback from our own team, reflecting the real experience of working at Oddsgate day after day.

A certification built on employee feedback

The Great Place to Work certification is based on a globally recognized methodology that evaluates workplace culture through an anonymous survey.

Through this process, employees share honest insights on topics such as leadership, team spirit, pride in the company, professional development, and overall engagement.

For us, this recognition goes beyond policies or benefits. It reflects the collective voice of the people who work at Oddsgate, whose perspectives shape the culture we continue to build together.

The people behind Oddsgate’s culture

At the center of this achievement are the people who shape Oddsgate’s culture every day.

Their experiences highlight what makes the company a dynamic, collaborative, and supportive place to work.

“Oddsgate is a great place to work because it has a genuinely supportive and collaborative culture where people are encouraged to share ideas and take initiative. The team works on exciting projects in the fast-growing iGaming space, with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. It’s a place where your work has real impact, and where you can develop professionally while being part of a motivated, international team,” says Guilherme Graziani, Head of Business Development for Latin America.

Infrastructure Engineer Gonçalo Nunes echoes this sentiment, highlighting the strong sense of connection within the team:

“It’s reassuring to know that tomorrow I’ll be working alongside people who share the same interest and dedication to our field. The positive spirit we cultivate as a team in the office naturally turns into friendships that extend beyond work.”

A culture built together

For Nuno Jeronimo, the HR Director, the certification reflects a shared effort across the entire organization:

“In 2025, Oddsgate once again earned the Great Place to Work certification for the third consecutive year. A recognition we are very proud of, but one we see above all as another step in a path we continue to build every day, with a sense of belonging, engagement, and the contribution of everyone who is part of Oddsgate.”

Looking ahead

This award is an important recognition, but it also serves as a reminder of the work that still lies ahead. Building a strong workplace culture is never a finished task; it requires constant attention as the company grows and evolves.

The focus must remain on creating the conditions for people to do their best work, collaborate openly, and continue developing together.

This recognition reflects the everyday contribution of the team, the people who challenge ideas, refine processes, and help shape what Oddsgate becomes next.
