Client Services Intern
RESPONSABILITIES
Assist in resolving client inquiries and challenges with quick and effective solutions.
Support the Client Services team in delivering top-notch customer service, ensuring a positive client experience.
Help create support materials to enhance client interactions.
Contribute to improving service processes by identifying optimization opportunities.
Participate in client meetings to build and strengthen long-term relationships.
Monitor client feedback and assist in implementing service enhancements.
ABOUT YOU
Eligible for a six-month professional internship through IEFP in Lisbon;
Recent graduate or final-year Management, Marketing or related fields student;
Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken). English is a bonus;
Basic understanding of customer service practices, communication techniques and problem-solving strategies;
Eagerness to learn and grow in Client Services, focusing on excellence and client satisfaction;
Strong communication skills, empathy, proactivity and a collaborative spirit.
