RESPONSABILITIES

Assist in drafting and reviewing various contracts.

Support the legal department in preparing legal opinions and providing in-house legal consultancy.

Conduct research and analyze national and international case law, legislation and legal doctrines.

Help prepare legal documentation to support the company’s activities, learning directly from experienced professionals.

Collaborate with the team to plan and execute the group’s corporate strategies.

Eligible for a six-month professional internship through IEFP in Porto;
Recently graduated with a degree in Law;
Fluent in both written and spoken Portuguese and English;
Basic understanding of Civil, Commercial, Corporate and Intellectual Property Law;
Familiarity with contracts and legal documentation is a plus;
A strong desire to learn, grow professionally and deepen your legal expertise;
Basic knowledge of legal research methods (such as jurisprudence and doctrines) and process management tools;
Strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.
