QA Analyst
RESPONSABILITIES
Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution.
Design and execute manual and automated tests for iGaming platforms and web games.
Automate tests to improve coverage and efficiency.
Collaborate with dev, product, and support teams to uphold quality standards.
Perform regression, performance, and stress testing.
Support API incident troubleshooting and customer-facing issues.
ABOUT YOU
Test and validate game sessions via API across multiple environments;
Run stress, regression, and interruption tests on Frontend and Backend;
Simulate scenarios like refunds, disconnections, and parallel sessions;
Investigate game issues and support Customer Service with clear insights;
Ensure compliance with product, licensing, and certification standards;
Lead QA cycles and validate game math, RTP, and financial reporting;
3+ years in QA, preferably in Gaming or Tech;
Skilled with Grafana k6, Postman (or Bruno), and solid SQL knowledge;
Sharp eye for detail, strong problem-solving, and great communication.
